By willful intent, we have a very limited client base. However, by the same token, we also maintain a very enviable low turn-over ratio of our clientele.

As a team, we have unanimously agreed to share a vision of taking more time to service existing clients rather than taking on more clients to use-up our precious time. Like our staff, most of our clients are pre-screened to fit our predefined profile. 95% of our clients are either well-established companies or companies on a relatively high growth pattern.

Such companies demand and require the type of service that we are best equipped to provide - the other alternatives for our clients are either assembly-line printing factory, unreliable freelancers, or inexperienced in-house designers. Any of which can only provide limited capacity in attention to detail, physical participation, creativity, or personal service that are the hallmarks of our organization.

We firmly believe that such match-making process produces the longest lasting and most mutually beneficial relationship. To ensure the integrity of our work, we have occasionally turned-away new clients in order to spend more time on existing work.

Furthermore, to ensure the confidentiality of our work, we have made a standard practice of not taking on multiple clients in the exact same field of business without mutual consents.
