- We are a creative design agency with a dual-concentration in the areas of graphic design and e-commerce web development. Client of ours can come from any industry imaginable. We’re in need of a conceptual thinker with top-notch design capabilities and able to self-sufficiently take a project from comps to completion. The candidate must be comfortable working on Mac platform. On top of all, time criticalness is essential. The right candidate will have 3+ years of experience with strong artistic and creative background.
- Creative brainstorming, both independent as well as in group settings.
- Ability to utilize Mac graphic applications such as Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop and take a project from start to finish.
- Graphic design of marketing material including multiple page catalog, single sheet flyer, packaging, and magazines ad, etc.
- Ability to proofread projects in extreme detail as part of our stringent quality control.
- Stay current with design industry trends and hardware/software.
- Able to communicate with both Chinese (Mandarin) and English speaking clients about projects and artwork on a NEED basis.
- A minimum of 3-year SOLID experience in traditional graphic/printing design.
- Knowledge and proficient in Mac Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of pre-press workflow and be able to place files into full color printable format.
- Excellent verbal communication and bilingual skills (Chinese Mandarin and English).
- Ability to juggle and meet multiple projects and be able to prioritize deadlines on demand.
- Must be presentable and have good demeanor.
- Ability to perform essential duties as outlined above.
